SUMMARY:MWWG - LAMINATION BENDING WORKSHOP- BY NICK
DESCRIPTION:Mark Your Calendars\, its time for two special woodworking events: an all-day Saturday demonstration and a Friday night Museum talk\, both with master woodworker Nick Clark.   \nAs a follow up to Yuri Kobayashi’s 2023 steam bending demo Nick’s will be focused on the other wood bending technique\,  bent lamination.  As an extra bonus Nick will demonstrate his methods for producing the custom veneers he uses in some of his projects. \nThe location of the demo will be the Crescent Valley High School Woodshop\, and the date and time will be Saturday March 7th beginning at 9 am.  As was the case in 2023 there will be a special event charge for Guild members. Note: you will as well need to be current on your 2026 Guild dues. Stay tuned for the extra amount and other details but be prepared for a very reasonable rate for a demo of this caliber.
