While there won’t be a live woodturning demonstration, we will have a midi lathe, a selection of turning tools, lathe accessories, and finished turnings on display.
Our speakers, Gary Irwin, Sam Stern, and Michael Toivonen, will lead a discussion geared toward those interested in getting started with woodturning. However, experienced turners are also encouraged to attend, join the conversation, and share their insights.
Topics will include:

• Essential tools and accessories
• Approaches to learning to turn well
• And finally, safety
