Tanya Laird, a member, will give a presentation on mass timber elements. She is investigating the influence of cross plies on the moisture durability of veneer-based mass timber products and panels. Tanya Laird, is a doctoral student in civil engineering at OSU, will talk to us about her research in mass timber construction.

MEMBERS WILL BE DISPLAYING THEIR WORK AT THE CORVALLIS LIBRARY. ALSO, OUR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS WILL HAVE A DISPLAY SHOW WILL BE OPEN DURING REGULAR LIBRARY HOURS. THERE WILL BE A RECEPTION TO MEET THE WOODWORKERS ON FRIDAY THE 26TH FROM 6:00 PM TO 8:00.
