Tanya Laird, a member, will give a presentation on mass timber elements. She is investigating the influence of cross plies on the moisture durability of veneer-based mass timber products and panels. Tanya Laird, is a doctoral student in civil engineering at OSU, will talk to us about her research in mass timber construction.
The Mid-Willamette Woodworkers Guild will have a month-long show in the Footwise Window. March 1 thru March 31.

MEMBERS WILL BE DISPLAYING THEIR WORK AT THE CORVALLIS LIBRARY. ALSO, OUR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS WILL HAVE A DISPLAY SHOW WILL BE OPEN DURING REGULAR LIBRARY HOURS. THERE WILL BE A RECEPTION TO MEET THE WOODWORKERS ON FRIDAY THE 26TH FROM 6:00 PM TO 8:00.
NO MEETING - FRIDAY APRIL 26TH WILL BE THE RECEPTION THE ANNUAL EXHIBITION AT THE LIBRARY WILL BE THE FOCUS FOR THE MONTH.
